 Harbor Island Ship Models and Antiques offers the serious collector, 
armchair sailor or the uninitiated landlubber a source for
 beautiful ship models and objects connected to the sea.


This unique shop, owned by Jack Aardema, specializes in anything nautical, both old and new, with emphasis on ship models.

Established in 1988, our main focus is ship models, antique and new, all types from pond yachts to ocean liners. Our unique items are collected from all over the world; compasses, telescopes, binoculars, maritime photographs, antique maps, antique barometers, lanterns, marine art, and nautical furniture.

The shop sits on a hill with views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the drawbridge at Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina.
